Shipping Details

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.


We deliver to all countries worldwide, excluding the following 5 countries: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria and North Korea.


Please note that processing times are NOT included in shipping times. It is the time we need to verify your order verification, last quality check and packaging.
All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please allow an additional 2-3 working days for your orders to be processed before they are shipped by the respective shipping methods.


Shipping times refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to your doorstep.

US & Europe shipping: we use Special Line therefore packages usually take between 7 to 14 days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time. Due to COVID-19, please allow 14 to 25 days for delivery.

Estimated delivery dates exclude handling time, and will depend on shipping service selected and receipt of cleared payment. We will not be held responsible for any delays that are out of our control (Example: Customs delays / holiday or peak period congestion / bad weather conditions / local post office did not deliver / the client did not pick up the package at his local post office etc.).

Depending on stock availability, if your shipping address is close to where our warehouse located, it can arrive earlier than expected.
We strive to provide top-of-the-line delivery speeds across the world. Please do not be alarmed if our order arrives in more than one package. This is because we expedite orders whenever we can to speed up the delivery process.


When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number along with the confirmation of your delivery. Simply copy the 'tracking number' and your email into the Track Order page for delivery updates.


We are committed to provide customers with the best delivery service, which is why we are continuing to offer coverage to more parts of the world than other companies. As chances for delays are possible, please allow additional time for delivery in addition to the estimated shipping time.


If a package is not delivered and returned to us, we are unable to re-ship it without an additional shipment payment from the customer.


We do not take responsibility for any import fees such as VAT, fees must be paid by customer. If you are unsure if your order is applicable for import fees, please check your local government’s website and note that orders will be dispatched from Japan.


Your shipping address can be modified on your checkout page. If you have a change to your shipping address after placing an order, you can send us an email. We ask that you contact us at hello@switcheries.com to request for any modification; Please note, however, that once your ordered has been shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.
