We can only offer replacements at no additional cost if the criteria below are met: Items are defective - damaged / broken or soiled / dirty upon arrival/ packages lost in transit. We do not accept returns or refunds if the customer changes their mind after receiving their order.

Please make sure all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid loss of mail or other incidents. International customer must provide a telephone number for delivery purposes.

How to get your order replaced?
Send us an email stating your concern and attach a dated photo of the item(s) showing the size and its original packaging within 48 hours of receiving the order for a replacement.
Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before making a replacement.
